Working really well, less annoying menthol smell than other similar products. Liked the creamy consistency, which remains as a texture of a hand cream instead of a sticky menthol product. Would recommend it! There is a slight menthol scent if you’re allergic to it. I am extremely sensitive to the menthol and it is very tolerable. But I know everyone is different! Just an aside, bc it IS the most effective CBD that I have found.

I use Gumeez when I feel a headache coming on. It helps me relax and keeps the headache at bay, and works for me every time! I give it 5 stars, but only 4 are showing.

If you struggle with some of the OTC sleep-aids being too sedating you might like this. I like that I can adjust the dose by the number of sprays that I use. I do think it helps improve quality of sleep, but it certainly doesn't help you conk out like a prescription sleep-aid would. The taste is a little yucky - I wouldn't want to kiss anyone after using this spicy stuff! The one change I would make is I wish it didn't contain melatonin, but at least I can use fewer sprays to get less melatonin.

Fresh menthol and very cooling on my IT bands and arthritic knees. Easy to apply and works well with lubricant with massage tools. Helps post workout.
