It works as marketed. I stopped using the gum for a few tennis matches and I was back to being to hyper and not as focused. I reordered and back to a more controlled and better playing game.

I began using NODZZZ about a year ago and spray 3–5 pumps under my tongue ~15 min before bed. The taste is a warm cinnamon‑honey blend—pleasant and soothing. I fall asleep faster, sleep more soundly through the night, and wake feeling refreshed, not foggy. I appreciate that I can customize the dose easily.

I use Gumeez when I feel a headache coming on. It helps me relax and keeps the headache at bay, and works for me every time! I give it 5 stars, but only 4 are showing.

If you struggle with some of the OTC sleep-aids being too sedating you might like this. I like that I can adjust the dose by the number of sprays that I use. I do think it helps improve quality of sleep, but it certainly doesn't help you conk out like a prescription sleep-aid would. The taste is a little yucky - I wouldn't want to kiss anyone after using this spicy stuff! The one change I would make is I wish it didn't contain melatonin, but at least I can use fewer sprays to get less melatonin.
