If you’re using the NODZZZ trial to see if you’d like to buy the 30-Day serving bottle, then use the 5-Day Trial on 5 consecutive days. Within 5 days you’ll know whether NODZZZ is heading your sleep in the right direction. Look for changes in how quickly you get to sleep, the reduced times you wake up during the night, and how refreshed and energized you feel when you wake up.

If you’re using your trial to travel, remember to spray 12x instead of 6x, the trial spray nozzle is smaller so you’ll need more sprays for the same amount.
